Client Engagements & Project Terms
When you engage Stratyfy Web for any service, the following terms apply:
4.1 — Project Scope
All deliverables will be outlined in a project proposal or agreement signed by both parties. Any scope changes must be agreed upon in writing.
4.2 — Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate content, timely feedback, and required access (e.g. hosting credentials) within agreed timelines. Delays caused by the client may affect project delivery dates.
4.3 — Project Timelines
Estimated timelines are provided in good faith. Stratyfy Web will communicate any delays promptly and work to minimise disruption.
Payment Terms
The following payment conditions apply to all Stratyfy Web projects and services:
- A deposit (as specified in your project proposal) is required before work commences.
- The balance is due upon project completion before the final handover or site launch.
- Recurring services (e.g. SEO retainers, maintenance) are billed monthly or as agreed.
- Late payments may attract a service fee or result in suspension of services.
- All prices are quoted in Ghanaian Cedis (GHS) unless otherwise stated.
Refund Policy
Stratyfy Web takes quality seriously. Our refund policy is as follows:
6.1 — Deposits
Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced, as they cover initial resources, research, and time allocated to your project.
6.2 — Project Cancellation
If a client cancels a project after commencement, payment will be due for all work completed up to the cancellation date.
6.3 — Disputes
If you are dissatisfied with our work, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and professionally.
6.4 — Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may be considered at Stratyfy Web's sole discretion in cases of service failure on our part.
Intellectual Property
7.1 — Our Content
All designs, code, copy, logos, and materials produced by Stratyfy Web and published on this website are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorised use is strictly prohibited.
7.2 — Client Deliverables
Upon full payment, the agreed deliverables (e.g. final website design, logo files) will be transferred to the client. Stratyfy Web retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7.3 — Third-Party Assets
Any third-party assets (fonts, stock images, plugins) used in your project remain subject to their respective licences.
Website Footer Attribution
All websites designed and developed by Stratyfy Web will include a standard footer credit that reads:
"Designed by Stratyfy Web"
This credit will be hyperlinked to www.stratyfyweb.com and is a standard condition of all website design and development projects.
8.1 — Attribution Removal Fee
Clients who wish to have the footer attribution removed may request its removal for a one-time fee of GHS 700.00 (Seven Hundred Ghana Cedis). This fee must be paid in full before the credit is removed from the website.
8.2 — Unauthorised Removal
Any unauthorised removal or alteration of the footer credit — without payment of the stated removal fee — constitutes a breach of these Terms and Conditions.
Stratyfy Web reserves the right to pursue appropriate legal or remedial action against any client who removes or alters the footer attribution without authorisation.
8.3 — Client Acknowledgement
By engaging Stratyfy Web for any website design or development service, the client acknowledges and accepts this footer attribution policy in full.
Privacy & Data Protection
Stratyfy Web is committed to protecting your personal information. Any data collected through this website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Ghanaian data protection regulations.
We will never sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stratyfy Web shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our website or services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.
Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Stratyfy Web for the specific service in question.
