Stratyfy Web – Terms and Conditions

Thank you for choosing Stratyfy Web. By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Services

Stratyfy Web provides:
  • Website Design & Development
  • Branding & Graphic Design
  • SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
  • E-commerce Solutions
  • Social Media Management

Specific deliverables, timelines, and payment terms will be outlined in individual project proposals or contracts.

  1. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

Provide accurate and timely content, images, and feedback. Secure rights to any third-party assets (images, fonts, etc.) provided to us. Respond promptly to communications to ensure timely project delivery.

 

  1. Payment Terms

  • A deposit of 50% is required before work begins unless otherwise agreed.
  • The remaining 50% is due upon project completion and before final delivery or website launch.
  • All payments are non-refundable once work has started, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  1. Revisions

We include up to 5 rounds of revisions (commonly 2–3) per project. Additional revisions will be billed separately. Changes requested after final approval will be treated as new work.

  1. Project Timelines

We will provide an estimated timeline based on project scope.

 

Delays due to incomplete client input or late responses may affect the final delivery date.

 

  1. Intellectual Property

Clients retain rights to all content they provide.

 

Stratyfy Web retains the right to showcase completed work in portfolios and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed.

 

  1. Third-Party Tools & Services

We may use third-party services (e.g., hosting, domain registration, plugins). Stratyfy Web is not liable for issues arising from these services.

 

Maintenance or renewal of third-party services is the client’s responsibility unless included in a managed plan.

 

  1. Confidentiality

All sensitive information shared between Stratyfy Web and the client will be kept confidential and not shared with third parties.

 

  1. Termination

Either party may terminate a project in writing. In such cases:

 

Work completed up to the termination date will be billed.
